Bronze and Iron Age Workshop

We welcomed Heritage Lincolnshire into school today to deliver a Bronze and Iron Age workshop. We revised our timeline knowledge and showed off all that we've learnt so far! We then made our own roundhouse, learning the terms wattle and daub. Then we found out about some of the artefacts that have been found in our local area! Thank you to FOS for funding this experience for the children!

Toilet Roll Timeline

We made our own toilet roll timeline this afternoon to help us to understand our World History timeline! We thought about how different events would be spaced out through history and in what order.

How do you wash a Woolly Mammoth?

We we started our new text in our English work this week to help us to write instructions. We thought about imperative verbs, while cleaning up for Mrs Brown! We had to scrub, polish and buff the outside toys!

We then thought about what types of products we may use, trying to include prepositions to add clarity and detail!
