Inspired by God the Trinity and St Julian of Norwich, we have a vision to be an aspirational school that honours and celebrates each person. We work together to deliver excellence in learning so that our interests and talents can be nurtured for the benefit of the whole community. We are knit together by our shared values and we are rooted in hope for the future.
“All shall be well because we are knit together and rooted in hope”
Holy Trinity Church of England Primary School, a proud member of the Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust, works with dedication to nurture and sustain our strong Christian distinctiveness. Our Head of School and Governing Body share a clear and ambitious vision for a school rooted in Christian values, shaping a community where every child feels valued, supported, and inspired.
We enjoy a close relationship with the Lincoln Diocese, who provide guidance and high-quality professional development for leaders and staff across the curriculum. Each year, our Year 6 pupils are invited to the Lincoln Cathedral Leavers Service—an uplifting celebration that marks an important milestone in their journey with us.
Our partnership with Holy Trinity Church, Tattershall is central to school life. Reverend Sally, Padre and the Open the Book Team join us regularly, enriching our collective worship and deepening our connection to faith.
Daily worship at Holy Trinity is built around our Christian Values and is designed to help children reflect, grow, and develop spiritually. We also explore a broader range of faiths, beliefs, and cultures, helping our pupils develop respect, empathy and understanding of the diverse world around them.
We also actively explore British Values and the Protected Characteristics, ensuring that every child grows as a compassionate, responsible citizen who celebrates difference and stands up for fairness and equality.
Through platforms such as Lyfta, children gain first-hand insight into life around the globe, helping them appreciate the richness of our world and understand their place within it.
What is a Reserved Teacher?
What is denominational religious education?
Why is the provision of denominational religious education required?

Picture books are used termly, which are linked to each value, with stories that help promote the nine, protected characteristics and British Values. The children and staff love these and the books remain on display in the hall for the term and are then added to the school library.
Our Collective Worship council, help to plan and lead one collective worship or church service each term, such as our Harvest Festival, Christingle Service or Easter Service.
