Today we went to Barnes Wallis Academy to have an African drum session.  We had a great time and played different types of drums, keeping different beats.  We had to focus really hard as each group played a different beat at the same time.  We played a game called 'Don't play this one back' where we had to repeat the rhythms and all beats back to the teacher, apart from one!  We were very good at it!  A big thank you to the staff and pupils from the academy who gave up their time to teach us how to play drums.
