Trip to The Collection

Sycamore and Oak class joined forces to go on a trip to The Collection this week. We had a whole day of Ancient Greek activities and had a brilliant day. We made our own Greek shields, learnt how archeologists would have discovered artefacts and put on a Greek play! 

Engage Day!

We have had a brilliant start to our topic! Sycamore and Oak class joined forces to have a crafting day! We drew labelled diagrams of Greek soldiers, experimented with Greek patterns and then printed them! We also made our own snakes for Medusa's hair for our door display. We used our Geography skills to learn more about where Greec is situated and some of it's physical features.
