Today we had a lovely day and even a visit from Santa!

CHRISTMAS AROUND THE WORLD

Wednesday 16th December

Today in Pine Class we have been learning how different countries around the world celebrate Christmas.

This year we have focused on:

• The Philipines
• Germany
• Russia
• Scandinavia
• Australia

We have made St. Lucia crowns, Christmas trees, Russian dolls, parols and festive boomerangs!

A great time was had by all.

Christmas Advent Fun!

This year instead of an advent calendar Pine Class have decided to keep fit by carrying out an iMoves physical activity each day.

So far we have disco danced, took part in a virtual mountain bike ride, learned about position and direction and taken part in motivational yoga routines.

Mrs Kaynes' 12 Days of Christmas

This year, in order to et into the Christmas spirit, we are doing a daily festive activity. So far we have decorated the classroom, read Christmas jokes, created our own unique Christmas baubles and made snowflakes.

I wonder what else lies in store before the end of term...
