Term 1

This week the children have been looking at the story ‘The squirrels that squabble’. They had to write words to describe them.

In English we discussed the difference between fiction and non fiction books as we moved on to look a non fiction book all about Autumn.The children had a pile of books that they had to sort in two different hoops. They were labelled fiction and non fiction.

The children looked at the non fiction book Awesome Autumn this week. They then had to write a sentence about Autumn.
