Wonderland Day!
We have had a brilliant start to our term today! We all came to school suitably dressed for a Mad Hatter's Tea Party! We started the day learning about some of Absolem's Riddles! We then had a go at writing some of our own! We also designed our very own Wonderland Wooden Spoon Character Puppet, thinking about all the materials and equipment we might use for different parts of our puppet.
After break, we then wrote these riddles in neat and created our puppets! We also made ourselves into a Wonderland Flower for our door display.
In the afternoon, we settled down to watch the film of Alice in Wonderland and also eat some of our tasty snacks!
