Goalball with JB Sports!
To celebrate National Sports Week, the whole school had an individual session with Mr Brown to try a new sport! We learnt how to play Goalball, an Paralympic for Blind Athletes. Children experienced what it felt like to be blind and use their other senses to help them play the sport.
Athletics in the Sunshine!
Wonderful session with JB Sport Coaching today on triple jump!
We measured each other's jumps and Mr Brown and Miss Read even had a go! Great skills learnt and improved!
PE Workshop with Barnes Wallis!
Sycamore class were lucky enough today to be treated to a workshop from Miss Page at Barnes Wallis Academy. We had a pirate theme to the session and played Sharks and Jellyfish and then stole each other's loot in a treasure game! We all had a fantastic time and are looking forward to our next session already!
